1.Service Description


The Electrical division does electrical maintenance and new installations to all Tutume Sub District Council facilities, this is done through outsourcing and also in-house depending on the magnitude of a project.


2.Only seven streets lights at the Nanana staff houses in Tutume are in place.


3.Service standards for routine maintenance reports is 7 days and for emergency reports it is 24 hours.


4.The maintenance reporting procedure: Customers are requested to come to the Electrical office to fill the maintenance request forms that we use for records and to ensure that reports are attended to as First-In-First-Out (FIFO).
